Causes of deformation of precision hardware workpiece:
1. Internal functions lead to changes in parts processing accuracy. Parts are usually stuck by three grips during processing, in order to ensure the stability of the workpiece during processing. When the processing time is too long, the chuck of the machine tool will loosen, and the stress of the part will reduce the deformation.
2. Improper heat treatment is prone to deformation. When processing some thin and small parts, heat treatment is required. This requires the operator to have professional knowledge, otherwise the parts are easy to bend and deform.
3. Parts processing caused by external force will lead to deformation. When the parts are processed, the uneven relationship between the lathe and the fixture will lead to the uneven strength of the fixed parts, and it is easy to deformation.
How to avoid deformation in metal processing?
1. Separate roughing and finishing to reduce cutting force and cutting heat. This can correct the deformation of the sleeve parts produced by the coarse number of cars in the finishing.
2. To reduce the impact of clamping force, clamping force can be reduced by the following measures:
a) When using radial clamping, the clamping force should be distributed over a larger area to reduce the clamping force borne by the workpiece per unit area. When positioning by hole, it is appropriate to use the open mandrel clamp.
b) The position of the clamping force should be selected in the part with strong rigidity.
c) Change the direction of the clamping force and change the inlet clamping to axial clamping.
3. Reducing the impact of cutting force on deformation can be done in the following ways:
a) Increase the main declination Angle and main front Angle of the tool, so that the cutting edge is sharp and the radial cutting force is reduced.
b) The inner and outer circular surfaces are processed at the same time so that the cutting force is offset.
c) Reduce the influence of heat treatment deformation. The heat treatment is placed between roughing and finishing, and the sleeve parts generally have large deformation after heat treatment, which can be corrected when finishing.
4. Reasonable choice of processing gap.
5. In the stamping die structure, the pressure plate should be connected with the pressure plate at the plane contact, and there is a certain pressure.
6. If the edge of the die is found to be properly trimmed.
